Stop Liens, Levies, & Seizures: We can protect your assets and earnings from the IRS. If you are delinquent in your payments owed to the IRS, the US Treasury has the right to place a legal claim on your bank accounts and other property. We can help you to resolve this problem and keep your assets and your income.

Make an Offer in Compromise: If you owe the IRS an amount that is beyond your ability to pay, we can prepare an Offer in Compromise which could reduce your current tax debt to a fraction of what you owe. The amount of your offer is based on what you can afford to pay, not the amount you owe, thus making the Offer in Compromise a powerful tool to resolve your tax debt. Once your offer is accepted and payment is made, all your IRS debt is considered paid in full.
